We Share, We Care, We Grow Together

Named a 'Caring Company' by the Hong Kong Council of Social Services every year from 2002 - 2010, a strong 'people culture' is at the heart of our business. Every one of our employees has demonstrated a commitment to the community through participation in our over 200 volunteer service activities every year.

Our Crystal Volunteer Team conducts regular visits to elderly homes and orphanages to bring companionship and cheer to the vulnerable. They also work with organizations such as UNICEF during annual events such as flag day.

In October 2004, Our Vice Chairman established the Yuk Ching Charity Trust with the mission of helping people in areas of poverty and deprivation in the PRC. The Trust regularly collaborates with our Group to maximize the positive impact of their initiatives on communities with the greatest needs.

In addition to bringing free education to disadvantaged children, the trust provides relief to victims of disaster, makes direct contributions and supports charitable initiatives that benefit the local community.

We also support Fairtrade (FT) by donating 1.1% of the retail value of all our FT garments to the Fairtrade Foundation London. Any surplus after administrative costs goes towards funding initiatives that improve the lives of FT farmers in Mali and Burkina Faso.
