In addition to philanthropy, we also support initiatives to build the local communities across our markets. Some of our projects include:

Medical

• Crystal Group sponsors Eye Cataract Operations in poor rural areas of China to help patients regain their sight and ability to make their own living.
• We have upgraded medical facilities in China’s more remote areas and subsidized training programs to strengthen the medical skills of specialists there.

Education

• Children are our future and their education is an important investment. As part of our Hopeful School Project, we have built and renovated schools in poor and remote rural areas in Mainland China to offer beneficiaries a brighter future.
• Students have benefited from our education financial assistance scheme.

Volunteering

• Employees of all subsidiary companies and factories under Crystal Group regularly dedicate their time and talent for our various community service initiatives.
• In addition to participating in the social activities and flag days of prominent charitable organizations, our dynamic volunteer team pays regular visits to elderly care homes and orphanages to bring cheer and companionship.
• We also work with local communities to set up their own volunteer teams to meet different needs.

Disaster Relief

• It is important for us to offer our support at times of crisis, and monetary contributions have to be directed to the catastrophes in time.
• In addition to making food, clothing and other in-kind contributions, we also provide emergency financial assistance and mobilize donations by organizing fundraising activities and events.
